Reasonable offers are gladly accepted. All items come from an immaculately clean, non-smoking home. Prices do not include shipping unless marked "ppd" or "shipped". We also give discounts for large lots purchased by one person so the more you buy, the more you save!

Condition Guide

We are very conservative in using our condition guide. Here is our interpretation of these commonly used conditions:

NIP/NIB: New in package/New in Box - Brand new, like you would buy at the store. Never used/worn.
NWOT: New without tags - no longer has tags but has never been used or worn.
LNEW/EEEUC: Like new - Has been washed or used maybe once or twice but looks just like new.
EUC: Excellent used condition - Has been worn or used but in excellent condition with no major flaws.
VGUC: Very good used condition - Has been worn or used. Maybe has some minor surface scratching, fuzz or slight fade on clothing but in overall great condition with no major flaws.
GUC: Good used condition - Has been worn or used. Looks like it has been used or worn but has lots of life left. May have a small stain or water spot here or there. Not ready to be trashed! This is uncommon on our site (we donate most like this).
PLAY: Not quite ready for the trash but definitely more suitable for a trip to the playground than out to dinner. This is rare on our site (we donate most like this).

Payment

Payment for shipped items is due within 48 hours of sale. If more than one person is interested in an item, the first person to send payment will get the item. At this time, we only accept payment via PayPal (fees will be included in your total) for shipped items and cash for local pickup.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. We will gladly combine items for shipment to save you money. Customers will receive notification of shipment, along with a tracking number via PayPal. We use USPS for delivery and method depends on size and weight of item(s) being shipped.

Any items marked "PPD" include shipping to the continental U.S.; please contact us for a quote to Canada. Insurance (at an additional cost) is optional but your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for lost packages if insurance is not added.

Local Pickup

paperdollboutique is happy to arrange for local pickup of items. We generally arrange for a mutually convenient location to meet. Therefore, email communication is very important - please check your email after agreeing to purchase something in order to complete the transaction in a timely manner. We only accept cash in the exact amount for payment and payment needs to be made at the time the items are to be picked up.

Commitment to Buy

If you have emailed saying "I would like" a particular item, it is yours. You are expected to follow through with the transaction. If we have been trying to make arrangements to receive payment or meet you and are unsuccessful after a number of attempts, your items will no longer be held and you will be added to the "bad trader list." Please think twice before emailing that you want an item if you are not seriously interested in it.

Returns

paperdoll boutique has perfect online feedback (eBay, GymboPlace and otherwise). We are very picky and precise with our item descriptions so you can feel confident about what you will receive. We do not allow returns at this time unless you receive the wrong item.
